- Do you accept National Garden Gift vouchers?

- Yes, we accept either the Paper Vouchers or the Gift Cards.

-Is the business accessable via bus?

- Yes, there is a Bus Stop opposite the premises.

- Do you have a cafe?

- No, but situated next door to us is the Blue Garden Cafe.

-Do you have customer toilets?

- We do not have customer toilets.

- Can I return an item?

- If you bring in your reciept and the item is still in it's packaging/good condition, you can return an item for a refund or exchange it for another product.

- Are dogs allowed?

- Guide Dogs and Therapy Dogs are permitted in the store. If you are able to carry your dog you are more than welcome to bring it into the premises.

- Do you have wheelchair access?

- Yes people in wheelchairs can use the exit to enter the store as it's easier.
